In order to not annoy anyone, I'll right not stop using bullet points and will only write prose in .changes :-P
read the packaging guidelines about the .changes file and live with it. (https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Creating_a_changes_file_%28RPM%29 lists basically EVERY example with this notion)
