...which has built successfully now already ;-) I'd guess that it is a race condition in OBS: when the build is "prepared", it is decided that libgsoap-2_8_91 is needed. Then until the scheduler schedules the build, the repository containing gsoap is updated and no longer contains this but the next newer version.
