[opensuse-factory] Factory update breaks the system (resmgr problem)

I have just performed an update to latest factory, and there must be something broken with resmgr. /dev/null is not accessible by my user, I get /dev/null permission denied when I log in the console, and KDE does not start at all. I have stopped the resmgr service and then chmod a+rw /dev/null, to be able to use KDE.
