hi,
i am using this since years now on tumbleweed, by linking /usr/share/systemd/tmp.mount to /etc/systemd/system
but, of course, yes, it is not the default...
Because this change stops putting that mount unit in that obscure location and relocates it to the expected upstream location, I've updated the /tmp on tmpfs wikipage for the steps you'll need to take when this change goes live so you can have exactly the same as a fresh default going forward
thank you very much, for taking care of users like me, who need to prepare for the upcoming changes.

Hope this helps
yes, thanks, i totally understand, what i have to do, when this change happens. how do i know, when this happens? will it be part of the next systemd update in tumbleweed? and thanks for making tmpfs the default for /tmp -- Best Regards | Freundliche Grüße | Cordialement | Cordiali Saluti | Atenciosamente | Saludos Cordiales *DI Rainer Klier* DevOps, Research & Development -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
