There will be service packs for SLES 15 after SP5 so you can't really read anything into this other then given SP4 support will end 6 months after SP5, its probably reasonable to presume unless special magic happens that Leap 15.5 will be EOL when SLES 15 SP5 is which will likely be 6 months after the SLES 15 SP6 release.
