As you already noted the part of that is already fixed. The link is to current milestone, so it was only the misleading text. The announcement part is removed as I could not find anything on http://news.opensuse.org . I'm really not delighted with idea to hunt down information in all blogs, mail lists, or forums that can have information about M3; although I did check Planet SUSE for "milestone" or "factory".
