[opensuse-factory] Django 2.0

Hi all, on 2. December djangoproject.com released shiny new Django 2.0. This nice release has one small backward incompatible change. In simple words, It supports only Python 3.4 and newer:) So SR to "devel:languages:python" is now prepared. An I plan to push it to project about 15. January 2018. So please prepare all packages depending on Django for this small change.
