Well.... because that's a lame answer not worth considering. I'm an administrator and lead developer on a few projects, and I can tell you, I don't work to increase the amount of disk usage on SourceForge or to cater to the needs of a very few people I like... the more my project's used, the better I feel. In essence, opensource projects strive, usually, to be useful for as many as possible and manageable. So you can't tell me "nobody's forcing you to use this distro", because... well... this distro isn't being maintained so that only OBS can use it. It's for *general* use, and it has to cater to *general* needs and public. Last I checked, openSUSE was good for both, desktop, laptop and server. If you want to drop some of those explicitly, that would have to be announced. It hasn't, or at least I didn't see the announcement. Right now, in this particular point, we're talking about server (sysadmins tend to manage servers, but that's not always true). -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
