How exactly do I disable that setting for all the users?
Run gconf-editor, change /apps/gnome-power-manager/timeout/sleep_computer_ac to 0, right-click and select "Set as default" (not sure how it's called in english).
You can also do it with the command line if you want to automate this for multiple computers.
I didn't try it, so if it doesn't work, file a bug.
It certainly doesn't, as I can't even run gconf :-( - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
