Latest snapshot has left me with broken video. Plasma Login strobes on about once every two seconds for about a half a second. ctrl-alt-F1 does nothing. I'm set up for auto log in. Graphics are Nvidia GeForce GT 610 video card. No clue as to how to proceed to get back to working video. / is BRTFS with default settings.
I had the same, without autologin. For me removing Mesa-dri-nouveau got me a working desktop again.
Cor Has the performance of your desktop gone back 200 years? Mine works but it is not smooth and judders a lot now since the snapshot install and your fix
