I understood it perfectly. Because it's *obvious* you cannot run 64-bit software on a 32-bit processor, he *had* to mean "on 64-bit hardware running 32-bit openSUSE 13.2". But then again, I also don't assume that the person who's writing something is an idiot unless and until proven otherwise. Richard is no idiot.
