[opensuse-factory] Adding DB2 Express-C to non-oss repo

There is an interest within the IBM group responsible for the development for DB2 to make it easier for users to get and install DB2 Express-C, the free version of DB2. I'm wondering if people have any opinions about adding free (as in beer) non oss packages to the non-oss repository?
