Probably yes, because the problem has not been fixed yet (in the actual Tumbleweed repo that is). Btw, there's even a bug report about this: http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=963565 That's about the running digikam update for Leap, but the problem is the same.
