[opensuse-factory] Missing announcement for Tumbleweed snapshot 20200108

Dear Dominique, it looks like the announcement for 20200108 didn't make it to the list as of now. Which is a pity, since it contains the long awaited 5.4 kernel... While at it, what really bugs me, my private OBS didn't catch the new release as well. Consequently, the evil bits (nvidia) are stuck @ 5.3.12 still. Same issue holds true for https://download.nvidia.com/opensuse/tumbleweed/x86_64/ Is that really due some publishing delays or is something fishy going on?
