[opensuse-factory] Brightness broken since kernel 4.16

All kernel 4.16 releases brake my brightness. I've got intel hd 3000 integrated gpu and if I use kernel 4.15 I can change brightness with fn keys or xbacklight or kde pwer manager, but with all releases of 4.16 none of this method works.
