[opensuse-factory] module-init-tools require non-existent suse-module-tools?

Guys, after this request: https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/141930 module-init-tools in Base:System have 'Requires: suse-module-tools' which exist only in Jan's home project? And I see no request from that project to Base:System... Please revert that request until suse-module-tools lands in factory.
