Make the default ="yes" but the true power user can switch it to 'no' if he wants it to just quit like it does now.

I agree with the sysconfig setting for displaying the popup. This is probably the only way to support both groups of users... I can add some more details to it, like overall status (OK/failed), number of installed/removed packages... Any other idea how we could improve it?
