openSUSE Pine64 dev telegram group

Hi all, Currently the main maintainer of the Pinephone image was me, however in the last few days I have come across people who are helping with the development of the image for the Pine64 Pinephone, therefore, since we were filling the chat with messages on this topic from openSUSE, I have created a new group for development.
