[opensuse-factory] package update in Leap 15.2

Hi, Just installed Leap 15.2 and found that syslog-ng has an older version (3.19) there. Base:System/syslog-ng, and Factory/Tumbleweed already have syslog-ng 3.25. Checked https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Packaging_for_Leap but could you help me which is the proper command line to upgrade syslog-ng in Leap 15.2?
