is it possible to update the Version in Tumbleweed (kdebase4-openSUSE)
Sure, to what?
Only the Version Number is the Problem.
Why?
I have set this Packet on black list in YaSt2, but all Day KPacketkit tell me I have a Update :(.
I don't understand the problem, what is wrong with the existing package? in the Update repo is kdebase4-openSUSE-11.4..33.42.1
This Version like to downgrade the Tumbleweed KDE4 to openSUSE 11.4
In the Tumbleweed repo is Version 11.4-2.2
so the Updater like to downgrade to openSUSE
That's odd, but it shouldn't be happening as kdebase-openSUSE is already in tumbleweed: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=kdebase4-openSUSE&project=openSUSE%3ATumbleweed Now if the version in the update channel, then yes, it deserves to override the tumbleweed version as it really is newer. Hopefully I can get the KDE 4.7.1 update into Tumbleweed soon, it's taking a long time to rebuild the packages at the moment, you can see the initial results in openSUSE:Tumbleweed:Testing if you are curious. Note, that repo is rapidly changing so I wouldn't ever install from it unless you like constant churn :) thanks, greg k-h -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
