Part of the default GNOME desktop, should be in the same pattern as evolution (gnome_basis). Not of the default GNOME of 10.3 though - otherwise it wouldn't have been in this list.

Would be nice to have, it provides the upstream GNOME backgrounds. Hrm, not sure which is the most appropriate pattern, though.
