Hi, AFAICT /usr/sbin/Check only does two things nowadays - compress man pages, info files and fonts - run SuSEconfig.permissions The former is done by brp-compress anyways, except for fonts. The latter is obsolete and I'd like to call the replacement in a separate brp script. So only compressing fonts is left AFAICT. I guess that part could either easily be patched into brp-compress too or just be omitted. So far I only found wqy-bitmapfont where the font compression triggers. Therefore /usr/sbin/Check should be safe to drop, right? cu Ludwig -- (o_ Ludwig Nussel //\ V_/_ http://www.suse.de/ SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nuernberg) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
