bbswitch and the kernel module for it are missing from 20220613

Hi, I just noticed that bbswitch and the kernel modules for it are missing (or rather, aren't available for the right kernel version) in 20220613, which means that a freshly installed TW based on that version can't do prime offloading on an intel/nvidia combo.
