"Not necessarily. The Gwenview mantainer at Novell/SUSE is probably in the Gwenview mailing lists, forums, bugzilla, ... whatever and knows better than me if the bug has already been filed
You are mixing up effort and work (the task itself). 1. It's (maybe) less EFFORT for the developer than for the user. 2. It's not less WORK for the developer. Its more work than he had before.
