[opensuse-factory] Switching from NetworkManager to ifup is not possible

https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=804052 NM installs itself as alias for network.service and no more checks for NETWORKMANAGER in /etc/sysconfig/network/config. So switching from NM to ifup using YaST2 has no effect as /etc/init.d/network is never run anyway.
