PS: please dont answer "use torrent" or such ;)
why not?
because i not asked "how to download suse" i noticed a problem, i wanted others to know it. anyway i'm not lazy to navigate with my browser to that mirror or other (i use ftp.iasi.roedu.net), so i dont really care about the crappy akamai (well if i talk about suse)
its the most intelligent way to get wanted $ubersizecontent spread out without ddosing one single entity, senselessly hammering one single point of failure.
peer to peer is the way to go. other than that, you gotta be patient. besides you didnt tell us in the first place what you are really exactly looking for?
there are plenty of working mirrors for older 10.3content and even the 11.0 bits are up on many sites and yes they are pushing out the bits not too slowly for me. maybe also your provider is congested regarding various external networks and such.
