Add mozilla:experimental to your repo list. It's been there since months but still version 1.1 actually ATM.
Except https://software.opensuse.org//download.html?project=mozilla%3Aexperimental&package=thunderbird91 says "No data" (and Octopus package is currently broken, but I trust you that you're gonna to fix it soon).
I'm not responsible for software.opensuse.org and don't know why it's broken. The octopus package is broken because I upgraded to 1.2.0. Everything you find under https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/mozilla:/experimental/ still works anyway though. I'm running it.

1) The correct url is https://software.opensuse.org/download/package?package=MozillaThunderbird&project=mozilla%3Aexperimental (here you need to specify the name of created binary package) 2) Someone did something with rust version in mozilla repo and now Octopus 1.2.0 is built successfully.
