[opensuse-factory] Getting Python 3.5 in TW - how to do that

Hello, I've been told that Python 3.5 in TW is blocked by https:// bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=949816, which had no action for months. How one can help to solve this issue?
