It's not obvious to me why you would try to require icu if... the reason it's failing is because it tried to, and then fallen over doing that, download icu in the first place.
I welcome any suggestions on how to fix the build.
osc rebuild -f
I'm not sure a rebuild of all failed packages will help. I had no idea why I might need icu. From the osc build, I get buildinfo is broken... it says: unresolvable: nothing provides libicuuc.so.58.2()(64bit) needed by libQt5Core5 nothing provides libicui18n.so.58.2()(64bit) needed by libQt5Core5 It seems that libQt5Core5 is the culprit.
