I would really love to see a proper LAMP test in openQA, I can help in that. But I am not sure that testing Cacti is the correct approach here.
I would agree, especially today LAMP is not that 100% reference. It would be better to get each component tested and working. Having apache2, lightd, nginx working. Having Mysql, couchdb, postgresql, mariadb, whateverDB working Having language working perl, python, php, ruby and this include with any of the webserver. So cacti could be setup not only on apache2 for example Remove funky forced deps about apache2 or whatever. For example webyast require nginx, other insist on lighttpd, and finally some want apache2 ... etc ... Perhaps this need to have a kind of %webserver and if any one is installed accept the fact that admin know what he want on his server. This is suggestion, I know (packaging some stuff) how speak is easy and doing hard. -- Bruno Friedmann Ioda-Net Sàrl www.ioda-net.ch openSUSE Member & Ambassador GPG KEY : D5C9B751C4653227 irc: tigerfoot -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
