After some years with systemd, there is absolut no reason anymore to use LSB init scripts, everything should be converted meanwhile to systemd service files. Between, 70% of the packages requiring insserv in a default Tumbleweed installation don't use it, so this are all packaging bugs and needs to be fixed.
