[opensuse-factory] Poppler update, with no qt3 frontend

Hi, I'm planning to update poppler to 0.17.x/0.18.0 in Factory. One big change, though, is that the qt3 frontend has been removed. As far as I can tell, there is nothing in Factory that needs this, so it should not be a big issue. But please shout loud very soon if this is one for you.
