Hello, I have read last year that SUSE was working on the code so that a "bootsplash" module would be added to the kernel. However, SUSE decided to stop working on the code. Is openSUSE taking on this work so that it would be available over the next two years? This would be a more productive project than trying to find out why Plymouth is not working with NVidia drivers. I would like to offer my time in testing the kernels. -- Cheers!
