Current is basically just a "symbolic link". It currently points to 12.3, so you can use direct references to 12.3 during the install, then change to point to the meta-version "current" after the fact. "Current" will get relinked to 13.1 when it goes gold in the fall.
Ok, does this mean Tumbleweed is installed on top of the current distribution? Is this the concept? So, the packages are taken from "current" which actually is the current distribution e.g. 12.3 and then the Tumbleweed repo installs the specific newer Tumbleweed packages on top? Once 13.1 is out, 13.1 gets installed from "current" and again from Tumbleweed repo the Tumbleweed packages gets installed, is this the way TW works?
