Actually all of openSUSE:Factory - including all product builds have to be finished and 2 hours passed before it's cloned. But this can easily mean twice a day yes. I made that 40 hours now and we can extend it even longer, but most often I update then manually because someone complains that certain bug fixes are "not in Factory" - and building against standard repo creates a lot of load on the schedulers.
