I wondered the same thing, looking here: https://build.opensuse.org/packages/MozillaFirefox/build_reason/openSUSE:Fac... as an example (since Firefox didn't have another obvious reason to update), the addition of python311 / removal of python310 associated packages seems to have triggered it
