[opensuse-factory] openvpn 2.3.8 might be broken

Hi, openvpn fails after updating from 2.3.7 to 2.3.8. For the details see https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=941569 It works when you start openvpn from NetworkManager but it fails if it gets started via systemd.
