Yes, but that applies only for "enterprise" hardware.
No, we do take care of bug reports from openSUSE users, and we do backport things for non-enterprise hardware, too. The only caveat is that it's a "best effort"; we have to keep the full compatibility and can't take too much risk to break existing stuff. So, earlier reported, better chance to have a fix. Takashi
