[opensuse-factory] bash security updates for Factory

Hi, Some of you noticed that we have not yet released a new factory snapshot with bash fixes. This is due to the fact that Factory is not releasable currently, as the GNOME desktop would totally break and no longer work and the KDE desktop would break once. This has not been fixed for the last two weeks yet. To get bash fixes, temporary add http://download.opensuse.org/update/13.2/ as update repository.
