After "tumbleweed init" the command "tumbleweed list" gives you the available snapshots that can be installed by "tumbleweed switch --install yyyymmdd"(cf. https://download.opensuse.org/history/).
Upps.. that was not visible at the description on referenced link: https://review.tumbleweed.boombatower.com/about.html ------------------- # tumbleweed list 20200209 20200207 20200205 20200201 20200128 20200127 20200125 20200124 20200123 20200122 20200121 20200118 20200117 20200116 20200115 20200114 20200113 20200112 20200111 20200110 ------------------- Due to the fact, that all works fine before 20200201, I switched back to 20200128 via: # tumbleweed switch --install 20200128 ... After the required reboot, the servers don't start anymore (I expect due to some issues with the meanwhile updated config files). So I would also replay the /etc tgz from 20200130. But either "mc" nor "tar" works still (breaks with segmentation fault) so I looks much more crazy with my main server (the meanwhile working dns, dhcpd and nfs-server are now also down :-( ) Pfff.. I won't install the server again :-/ tumbleweed switch --install 20200209 hangs since 30 min. with only something like switching from 20200128 to 20200209 [y/n] (y): (for sure I entered the yes) Seems to be a new installation loop (about one day) is required :-P Regards Ulf Regards Ulf -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
