I ran zypper ref && zypper dup No need for both, a single zypper dup

and I'm still receiving over 2500 new packages. Dimstar told us this was coming.
I've not seen the traditional "New Tumbleweed snapshot..." announcement for this heavy update. It is on the list, as usual.
