Why not? Does the above mean that there won't be any solution, or that you are working on a solution behind the screens?
If the latter a `we are currently working with ... on a solution.` should be enough. Communication should really go up. Especially when you notice that it is such an important issue.
Nah! Consulting work with closed source driver vendors is nothing that is part of the _open_SUSE project and thus not necessarily done in public. But actually it would be a smart move of AVM to publicly state it if they are working on a solution if they publicly announced the problem because otherwise they leave the impression that they whine in public but are not actually interested in a solution which in my opinion does not really support their good reputation.
