hi Patrick,
yes, I rebooted without cache removal, because I didn't expect it. I removed cache many times before, but didn't know that it's needed every kernel update.
thanks, m.

guessing, you are rebooting after a new snapshot when you still have a corrupted cache. do the cache removal prior to rebooting and maybe it will persist. I have not experienced the cache problem again.
no, it should not be. once you have cleared the cache and have the proper files installed from the update, the cache should not get corrupted again. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net Photos: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/piwigo paka @ IRCnet freenode -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
