The average user does a google search to find an app to do something - it points to software.opensuse.org and tells them that there is no official version for 15.3
The average openSUSE user knows how to use YaST for searching or installing a package, and it is documented in the "book". Many others know how to use zypper instead, which is, being a CLI tool, more difficult to use for users coming from Windows.
Most users cannot figure out zypper or yast. maybe adding instructions to the page would be helpful like "sudo zypper in onboard" for onboard.
Some just give up and go back to windows 10 as that is somewhat normal. They are going to freak out at Windows 11 as it looks like MacOS 11.5.2 (Big Sur) no Start menu. If their hardware meets the new requirements.
Well, if they can not figure out YaST, they can not be Linux users at all. They should stay where they were before. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from oS Leap 15.2 x86_64 (Minas Tirith))
