[opensuse-factory] A KDE patch just went upstream that I hope gets in 11.4

All, I'm not on the opensuse-kde list, but I just saw the dolphin bug that causes it to crash when previewing a PPT file get marked resolved. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=249876 See the last few entries.
