Dependance on Win keys amounts to another killer for me. I've not found a satisfactory keyboard to have been made in over two decades.[1] Every satisfactory keyboard I've ever seen was made before Win keys first appeared.
Try with keyboards made for gaming. Currently I use one such, a Ttesports, by Thermaltake. Mechanical and a bit noisy. Very satisfactory. Previously I tried one from ... ? Bummer, I can't find the box. Well, another gamer keyboard, with backlighted keys. The problem with this was that the white plastic used to "paint" the letters had low contrast with the key body, so that in a well lighted room they were difficult to read. You had to crank up the backlight to illuminate the letters. They were difficult to read, and I have good sight. Also the backlight did not light up all the keys uniformly, some stayed dark. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 13.1 x86_64 "Bottle" at Telcontar)
