in journal Aug 09 12:20:57 circassia bluetoothd[5065]: connect error: Connection refused (111)

and in bluetoothctl

Failed to connect: org.bluez.Error.Failed

this is on a dell xps 9370

and kde full wayland plasma.

Anyone else noticed this?
