But first double check you are really using Packman Tumbleweed and not Packman 12.2. Unless something is very wrong with the repo metadata generation the problem is in your side.
Originally, I installed all my multimedia packages from Packman 12.1. Afterwhich, I added Tumbleweed and Packman Tumbleweed.
Then I ran zypper dup and that's when this error popped up.

Roman, Did you deactivate the old Packman repo before doing zypper dup from Packman Tumbleweed? In case you didn't do it. There could be the reason for at least one error. If did it, forget about my above comments and please make the bug report.
