Done.
Now select 5.7.11-1-default at grub and VirtualBox works again.
Why not to pin kernel 5.7.11 (and other 5.7.11 related stuff) until VBox works with Kernel 5.8? This worked fine for me.
But it leads me to a question: Is there some way how I can pin just the major version (5.7) and not the specific 5.7.11?
You could e.g. build a fake empty package which would conflict with kernel-default >= 5.8. But there is little point, there won't be any further 5.7.x kernel update in the repository once the kernel branch updated to 5.8.
