[opensuse-factory] openSUSE Guide Repo for libdvdcss not updated anymore?

Hi there I have just realized that http://opensuse-guide.org/repo/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/ still contains libdvdcss 1.2.13, while the latest version is 1.4 (the same applies to openSUSE Leap).
